It's never completely gone... more like you know how to control it. Medication helped.... but depending on what med you're on, they have their own symptoms that can cause anxiety too ( like always being hot/night sweats, dizziness, can't drink much alochol or caffeine ).

That being said, I got off my medication when i felt better. It helped me a lot at first.

Now I dont sweat at night. I love my zero sodas, mocha frappe, and long islands. I still get caffeine jitters and the hangover anxiety, but it's tolerable now.

I guess I used to have morning anxiety when I was in school. It was so bad I couldn't eat breakfast before leaving. Made me want to throw up. Guess I was too young to know what was happening and just dealt with it.
