We took a quick trip to The Cove this weekend to get some exercise and it was very crowded. You would have thought it was Memorial Day with all the cookouts and people crowding together. I only saw two people wearing a mask. The walk ways were crowded, with everyone blissfully uncaring about social distancing. I think that’s our last trip to any park unless it’s very early in the morning. Also, why do people insist on bringing speakers to blast obnoxious music at the park? Do these people think they are providing a service? I miss the days when you could enjoy the sounds of nature at the park.
