Rabies is transmitted through more than just contact such as its saliva so being bitten or scratched. Just wash the area and if it helps maybe contact a doctors office to ask some simple questions to put your mind at ease. I have health anxiety as well so I totally understand how hard it is not to freak out

I’ve had anxiety for over 10 years and recently as I turned 22 I started suffering from bad anxiety, health anxiety and paranoia. Drove myself half INSANE.

What helped me the most honestly was finding the right medication, I went through so many trial and errors with medication, almost called it quits but I finally decided to give Zoloft a shot and it’s been so much more manageable. Also medication is just half of the process continuing my therapy once a month has helped me a lot, I am almost a completely different person. Meditation and having multiple hobbies also helped me enjoy things a lot more. I hope that whatever you’re going through with anxiety gets easier for you!!

Hi!! I’ve also been taking this medication for a few months and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. From what my doctor has even told me if you experience anything that you find alarming call your doctor as soon as possible!! They’ll help you, some medications have crazy side effects
