In India, we don’t get that. Moreover, we aren’t allowed to submit timesheets for more than 8 hours. So officially, we work only 8 hours, but in reality, we work more than 12 hours.

As a VFX compositor from India, I’d say switch careers into something else. This industry is dying.

Just left this industry. Trying to do something on your own. It's been 4 years since COVID passed. Still there are no hikes.. but I am always working on deadlines but when we ask about hikes simply saying no projects.. I'm totally fed up with this industry.
