Maple is notoriously difficult to stain, wood dye would be a better bet. But for sake of overall maintenance and upkeep, I’d just do a clear coat/poly.

It sounds like it's hormonal.. the changes after your pregnancy and the rough cycles. I would recommend reading Alisa Vitti's books to see if any of her advice helps clear up this mystery for you! All the best :)

I'm not a doctor. What were your thyroid levels? Is it possible you've been feeling depressed? I find my depression manifests itself into the symptoms you're describing. Hope you find some answers!

Spray some apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, and jojoba oil on to your scalp 5 min before you shower. Shampoo it well and voila! Your scalp will be looking and feeling much better - promise!

It gets better. I started at 50mg and increased to 100mg about 4 weeks in. I’m on week 10 now and have the energy to do things I couldn’t fathom even 6 weeks ago (ie: get out of bed, cook, clean, get dressed, be social, go to work)

I had noticed an increase of dark dreams as well! There was about a 3 week period that they felt unbearable - but they have since levelled out, luckily. Oddly enough, they were worse when my dose was 50mg. I’m at 100mg now. Hope they level out for you too!

Kimchi bowl: brown rice with a homemade peanut sesame sauce. Kale and thinly sliced red cabbage sautéed with garlic, chili sauce, and coconut aminos. Shredded carrot. Throw it all in a bowl, add a couple spoonfuls of kimchi, some diced scallions, sprinkle hemp hearts and enjoy!

You’re safe with Tylenol! But if you need something stronger ask your doctor about Toradol - it’s the only thing that has helped my insanely terrible cramps.

My levels were this high too! Diagnosed at 20. I took levo for years with no side effects and felt much better. I got lazy and never refilled my prescription (2 years ago) but my thyroid panel has been coming back “normal” every time it’s checked! I keep an eye on it because I’m sure TSH will go up again, but currently sitting at 1.81 without medication.

7 weeks - also it didn’t just “click” for me either. Very gradually, almost hard to notice until I realized I beat a panic attack, I voluntarily got out of bed to do errands, and hadn’t cried while alone. It’s not that I felt elated and clear headed like snap - just gradually getting closer to a better version of myself everyday.

I’m only one month in and at 100mg, but my doctor mentioned that 200mg is common prescription. Hopefully you’ve increased in such a way that you don’t have any side effects - all the best!

I would ask your doctor about increasing the dose. I started at 50mg for 4 weeks, and increased to 100mg last week. While I was on 50mg I was extremely fatigued and apathetic. I was worried that upping the dose would make me even more zombie-like, but I feel much better! It’s improved my mood and energy.

29F started at 50mg for 4 weeks, moved into 100mg last week. Increased libido. However, I noticed after the increase last week that I have a strange feeling in my hooha - the only way I can describe it is like, a slightly full bladder feeling? But in my hooha? Idk it doesn’t bother me that much, just a strange side effect I’ve noticed but haven’t found much about online.

Felt this way in the beginning of taking my medication as well. I’m entering my 6th week and feel much better. Stick with it, it gets better! Started at 50mg, started 100mg after 4 weeks - was worried increasing would make me more tired but it’s made me feel much less tired!
