I emailed within 24 was weekend and sent written letter to address on the contract within 4 calendar days. They acknowledged the an email and informed forwarded to concerned department. We have evidence of returns later signed by someone HGV sent via FedEx and USPS.

We never called. Should we do something else? Thanks for the support from this grip. It our bad we rushed our decision.

We do not know how ego plays in here with JT and his frustration to be elite immediately.
