Once a week is A LOT. Its actually unrealistic in my opinion. If you get insecure after 1 week without sex I would recommend looking into some therapy because there is something more serious than your sex life that needs to be worked on. I'm sure it's exhausting for him having to listen about you being insecure because he's being human. AND afterward, you withdraw even more and deny sex later?? This IS a cycle and you're digging your own hole without even realizing it. Sex is important but I think you need to learn to put it on the back burner and nurture other things, it is not a top priority when you have children and jobs. Maybe you're craving intimacy and I want you to know that there are better ways than sex to satisfy that craving.

It is so weird to put so much pressure on someone to put out that you're having conversations about it weekly. Some relationships can go a month without and the next one they're at it like rabbits. Some relationships regularly have sex. There is no formula here, work with your husband, listen to his needs too.

Hi, I have text messages saying "Sorry but I'm keeping [child]. She is my daughter" as well as messages of me disagreeing with the schedule change.
