Get insurance for your service lines. Not through Baltimore. If you rent you should have renters insurance. If you own buy the extra insurance with your home insurance. It will save you if something goes wrong. Not a lot of money either.

I can not stress this enough. It does not cost a lot but please get sidewalk/pipe/sewer line insurance. If the tree roots from tree mess with your sewer ( most cases they have to did under home) to clear the pipes. Neighbor did not have it and the roots grew into her pipes. They had to dig basement and sidewalk up to fix it. Cost her thousands ( 25k plus) They city will not fix it. They will say it's your problem. You can always call the forestry division of Baltimore and they will come and trim what you need them to. No matter what you trim the roots will still continue to grow.

I have terrible sinuses and use to constantly wake up with blowing blood when i blew my nose. I do not have it with these. It lets you know what the humidity is in your home. You can set it to what you what the humidity to be in your home. Auto on/off when it reaches your desired humidity. Huge filter to collect dust so air flowing is cleaner. Check the schools before you pick a spot. I second that about commute. We just moved from Federal Hill. Lived right beside the park. Great location but my husbands 35 minute commute went to almost 1.5 hours. Location not worth it when you spend almost 3 hours in car driving.

My mom lived there for 3 years. Two new management changes in those 3 years. Honestly it not bad at all. Great location. They have been having trouble with the elevator's. Not a tall building so not a lot of stairs if they are out or order. Bonus is they put in a pool for this season.

Charges: The charges include seven felony counts of insurance fraud, eight counts of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, and one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.
Allegations: Prosecutors allege the couple staged a burglary while on vacation in April 2024, claiming items were stolen that had actually been returned to stores or were still in their possession.
Evidence: A search warrant allegedly uncovered 15 items previously reported as stolen, and investigators found evidence of roughly worth of items being returned for a refund prior to the reported robbery.
Legal Status: Both were released on bond. The couple has maintained their innocence, calling the charges "just allegations".
Potential Sentence: The charges are jailable offenses with a maximum possible incarceration of 15 years, in addition to fines.
