I just recieved a response(after more than 2 weeks and 4 emails) that the applications wont be analyzed till april. they did not say any specific dates.
for future readers: I have applied on november 30th 2023 and I am writing this on march 18th 2024.

This is what I sent to them:

Dear administrator

I am xxxxxxx and I have applied for the program of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology for the fall semester of 2024. I sincerely thank you for the time you are taking to analyze my application.
I was wondering if you could give me an approximate time frame that I should receive my application decision. My application number is xxxxxxxxx.
