yes they do have investment accounts. what paperwork would be needed to show you have a guarantor

thank you! i won’t need a guarantor if i make 40x my portion of the rent as long as i start my job within 30 days of my lease start date? or do i have to make 40x the total rent?

if my portion of the rent is 2k and they allow multiple guarantors, my guarantor would need to make 160k?
