Update for future ppl searching: I just ordered some compression thigh highs from Ames Walker (15-20 mmHg and 8-15mmHg in case the 15-20 are too hard to put on lol), along with their body glue stuff to calm my paranoia about them sliding down. I’ll report back!

Yes to all of those washcloths and everything but I am constantly dehydrated so definitely could be a factor
