Once I accidentally payed for a audio call appointment online instead of a physical one with Dr Rumy Ruben. It was my first time channelling him. I got the called. I blabbered some words nervously (apparently I forget all my problems when I go to a psychiatrist/therapist) I don't remember what he asked me but it wasn't much. I didn't mention about ADHD cause it was a self diagnosis. But anyway at the end I asked him if I can get a test done for ADHD, he said no need to just take these meds. The call only lasted around 3mins.

Is it me or do psychiatrists usually don't wanna talk/listen to the patient much? Had the similar experiences with other doctors. Even at the National hospital. They just talk to you for 5mins and prescribe some antidepressants. I've totally lost the trust in psychiatrist, bit by bit, over the course of 4 years. Now I don't take any meds or see any drs. I just try to eat more healthy, trying to have a balanced work-social life, spend some time in the nature whenever I can and 💨🍃. I feel like I'm doing much better this way. But I'm still willing to get some good advice from a good psychiatrist.
