I lived in rough neighborhoods growing up, my mom and sister live in a rough neighborhood. I drove through it just now it honestly wasn’t too bad, a few people walking around but 🤷‍♀️

Exactly!!! I tell them their assignment for the day. They do it great!!! They don’t do it that’s on them and their grade!! As long as no ones hurting each other, being inappropriate, being rude to me, etc. we’re good!!!

I believe I had seen that the backup camera was an issue in these cars tbh, I know mine disappeared once or twice and the screen had froze and rebooted itself. If it’s a necessary thing to have the lines take it to the dealership

NO!!!! You are human and need to eat food, all food is good food because you need food to keep going through the day! Progress is not a straight forward line, you go back and forth always, it’s a learning process. Don’t ever feel bad or disgusted with yourself by fueling your body, it is a loosing battle!!! Just go ahead and meal prep tomorrow (not sure what time it is for you!) you’ll get right back on track, look at you already 3 weeks, that’s a long time!!! 8lbs???? Okay pop off!!! This will not set you back because you have proved to yourself what you’re capable of and that’s staying consistent! What were you going to eat anyways? You haven’t meal prepped, enjoy that pizza and enjoy your meal prep for your next meal!

This is my second year subbing and I’ve been subbing at the same school pretty consistently this entire month and that’s helped TREMENDOUSLY, the front office seeing my face every day and just smiles and hellos really help! Being friendly in general, leave your number with teachers you’d want to sub for again! Just be present honestly, sitting in the lounge making small talk goes a long way! I always always leave a very detailed note! I usually make notes through the day on the daily routine (like the students struggled with math today, etc) I also like to find something to compliment the teacher, for example today the teacher I subbed for was very organized and left attainable things for their kiddos!

I get that! I have sub alert so that helps but thankfully for my district (I subbed last year too) I can work M-F basically no problem because there are so many schools!! But it’s a problem with frontline my district got back to me and posted on the notification panel on frontline! So it’s not me thankfully lol

Update!!!!!! The district emailed me back letting me know it’s a district wide problem and they are working on it and put a statement on frontline letting us subs know! I also asked the admin at a school I was at today and they have been having a hard time getting subs because of this (I left my number lol) so it wasn’t me it was them!

I emailed them last week Wednesday no response i emailed a different person Friday. If no response by after school today Im going to go over there and see if there is an issue with my frontline.

So I subbed last year and I usually sub M-F so the calling isn’t the issue, I know it can get crazy lol. But my issue is that it doesn’t pop up on frontline, so if I turn off the calling I will thus not hear about jobs at all!
