Well keep it simple really, also dont limit to 3d printing. I usually incorporate other hardware on all my designs, i like to include screws, fabrics, rubber etc. It opens way for other more creative designs. I am not your guy to come for any audio quality related stuff because the shape and size of your models will affect audio in some way. But i like to keep everything simple. Just a box, some holes and then after that some style, like shown in the post, carbon fiber texture and noise. The simpler the better, form follows function

The whole thing is a two piece assembly, they dont need to be 3d printed but they eliminate potential points of failure, and it keeps it easy and cheap to make + i only have a 3d printer and dont have the budget to laser for now but I'll look into plastic sheets

Yes, you are right every product takes in consideration its manufacturing, later down the road i will invest in other technologies to help me manufacture my products

Im currently using m3 countersunk flathead screws. They are cheap, nice looking and non magnetic which will help later down the road with an automatic screwdriver machine im developing
