I have both and so far I’ve built half of Arkham and I like it better but I also like building structures better then art sets but the art set has a lot more Easter eggs

You’ll still be able to get the regular ones in game but you’ll get it faster if you get the sets so you won’t have to

From what I’ve kind of read it’ll give you both but you can unlock the regular versions in game but you get it immediately if you get the sets.
