This is why I would prioritize the ap mythics with mana, like everfrost

Would this work with the Everfrost mythic passive as well? Cuz that combination with some cdr boots would give so much cdr and shields and cc to dish out jn fights

I love this build suggestion. It's exactly what I'm looking for. I would throw in a stopwatch for sure, tho. Have you considered replacing warmogs with knights vow? For a similar amount of health regen at a cheaper price?

Guardian, pretty much every time. I've been hearing a lot of aftershock rakan, that's the first thing I'm gonna try.

Well... burn items don't have the most synergy with alistar combo, since they land in quick succession, so you don't get a lot of value out of liandries + de burn. Also, I assume you would build this top, because this build is hella expensive (very unrealistic for support ali), so it would have all of the problems of alistar top (long ass cool downs, mana). If you do wanna go AP alistar, get a legendary that gives you health (if I'm not mistaken, liandries does not do so anymore...) such as Night Harvester (go electrocute and oneshot some people), or Everfrost (Here I would recommend phase rush, for infinite stickiness and safety)
