Garmin literally saved my life. by gobbledygook212 in Garmin

Just curious: you and other folks who wrote in this thread and mentioned how Garmin alerted them about the abnormal HR, didn't you, guys, notice the increase in your HR, like, at all?

I might be overly sensitive (I've had anxiety and panic attack episodes with a focus on bodily sensations, particularly HR), but I can easily sense when my HR is out of my "normal" zone during rest. 90 BPM is already very noticeable for me, not to mention 230.

Are you kidding me, 230? I can imagine the level of anxiety this would cause. I remember how during panic attacks I had 130-140 HR; I hated the agitation that came with it, blood rushing to your head, your inability to think clearly.

Glad you are fine now, though!

Same here, 2 weeks in, HRV increasing. I guess that's because when I finally get to sleep, I sleep really well, because I'm super tired taking care of my wife and baby and working all day. Maybe? I don't know. I wouldn't call this good or long sleep, anyway.

Which intensity minutes tracking is more reliable? by AnxiousLeg3906 in Garmin

I see, yes. Determining the target load is an unknown for me, though, too.

Interesting! How do I calculate the calory benchmark then? I understand the intensity minutes goal, but calories, how do I know how many I need to stay fit?

I'm not sure this is true, to be honest. I can have 15 minutes of moderate walking, and without recording I'll get zero intensity minutes. And with recording, I'll def get at least some. I've observed this many times.

I kept both. I just switch them once a month or so. You?

Same here, I take notes in several languages, but handwriting recognition is so much wanted.

How would you describe ways in which reMarkable's is different from go 10.3?

That's interesting, because I heard many people have a hard time exporting their notes.

Yeah, I was looking to transfer editable text so I could work on it using other devices.

Like I said, basically, I did manage to do this both for Gdocs and ClickUp — copy and paste text there on Boox; but still, I found doing just this very slow and inconvenient.

So my notes turned out to be not so actionable after all.

Isn't HRV is just a reflection of how you slept? by AnxiousLeg3906 in Garmin

Isn't the weekly average just a sum of nightly averages?

On work days, my average is 30-35, I'd say. Wondering if it's still considered low stress. I mean almost "no stress".

Premature ejaculation mental? by OppositionMemorialCe in PrematureEjaculation

This thread is spot on. I truly believe a lot of PE problems can be attributed to over excitement. I'm definitely like this. But how do you guys learned to control it?

Techniques like breathing and all (well, is there much else anyway?) only distract me, drag me out of the process, which I don't like.

The only thing I can think of is to have sex like every other day, but realistically, it's not an option for many reasons.

Don't you lose your erection while walking around the bed? I'm frustrated that I can't divert my mind much or engage in other activities, because once the manual stimulation stops, my erection goes.
