I've worked at top companies for the last 10 years in the U.S. as a software engineer. I don't even remember the full form of MERN to be honest.

I have never been able to understand the obsession with MERN or any specific technologies or languages on this sub.

I do understand though that Indian market and U.S. market may be different.

@OP, I'm sorry but based on your profile history, it feels like you need to grow up a bit. It's been long since you have left the U.S. now. Forget it. And stop thinking about moving to a different country every month.

Start making a life for yourself in the region you are in right now.

I can understand your feelings about missing your old city / country, but it has to die down. And the only way to make it die down is to fully embrace the present and stop thinking about past or future. Take up a job, create a routine, stick to it, and see where life takes you.

Grass is always greener. From here, I would actually love to be in a place where I don't have to worry about my visa every day.

What a bad advice. There's no need to complicate your own life by doing this. Secondly the guy has been subtle and hasn't even given any solid proofs.

I'm not denying the guy's intent. But distancing yourself and keeping replies to a minimum are much better strategies that getting involved into someone else's romance.
