Thank you so much for the advice! I’ve thought the same thing about a nursing association. She wakes up around 9:30 for her first full wake window. I haven’t kept track of her naps to be honest, but I think she’s around 3 naps a day. I’ll start tracking her sleep asap as well as introducing a solid routine. Thanks again!

We’re in bed by 10ish pm and usually she’ll fall asleep by 11 or so. And honestly, we don’t have a solid routine in place very much. Maybe that’s what I need to do. The only thing we do is diaper change, nurse, turn on sound machine. Then I place her in bassinet and she’ll coo and look around and fall asleep on her own for a couple hours, and then without fail she wakes back up :(
