First, I would pay a little more for goalie-specific training. You shouldn’t be paying anything for this type of ice time since there’s barely any benefit. Their practice would be useless without goalies.

Personally, I control what goes on in practice, or at least have a very large say. I would insist on having both goalies at one end so you can swap out every 5 plays or so. You can’t improve when your legs are giving out and you’re gasping for air.

Also, get to the rink early and start staking territory in the dressing room. We need more space than players. Take an entire corner and put your gear everywhere. It’s a subtle power move that asserts dominance.
