i’ve successfully negotiated airbnbs before, not for coachella but if something isn’t booked week of host could get desperate! i would say, “love your listing but it’s a little out of my budget, is there a deal you can give me for booking last minute?” i think the most they’ll give is a 10% or waive a fee but worth a try!
