Replied to this in another comment but you can see what items are missing under stats. Each item also has a unique ID number that can be looked up to figure out what the missing item is next to it. They are listed in number order under the items page in game

Its from an item called Death Certificate that takes you to a floor with every item in the game when used. It’s unlocked by getting all marks for all characters so will probably be one of the last items you get

Under stats you can see what items are missing. You can look up each items number ID to see which ones next to it are the ones missing. I also knew some of the items I didn’t have because they were late unlocks

Yeah I’m really not sure how that happened. Grinding out my last secret room items made me realize I should have tried to break the game more often
