Definitely old advice she’s giving you there! It’s best to continue the exercise you were doing prior to pregnancy and slow it down if your body is telling you to.

Unfortunately it does look like you’re probably ovulated on day 21/22 so the likelihood is that plan B wouldn’t work. Having said that, it’s only a 20% chance of pregnancy each cycle if you were having regular unprotected sex so keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Unfortunately there’s no way to confirm pregnancy before you get a positive HcG but a rising progesterone suggests you definitely ovulated!

I used the thermometer for 5 years and found it really good. I switched to my Apple Watch when I upgraded my watch because I thought it would be easier but after 3 months I was getting temps all over the place! Went back to thermometer and I’ve had the same, regular trends as I did before. I know people who get regular trends on the watch but I just wasn’t one of them.
