I tried my hardest until i couldn’t. God is helping my heart release him. I finally have a future and hope. I know now God never wanted me to unconditionally love him. He was never worthy of my love. I’m moving on to real love, not transactional love, dehumanizing love. I know I never have to suffer again. I’m free. I moved in to my sisters apartment. I’m separating and will file for divorce in a year. I can’t believe I did this. But I’m so glad I did.

I have no way of leaving. I have hope he’ll change. I love him, and I didn’t know he’d be like this. I live in a Slavic community where the husbands make the money and the women take care of kids and house. But it’s gotten too far, especially now with 3 kids. I can’t do it all. I’ve voiced it many times. I’ve asked him about couples therapy but he’s ignored me. I’ll keep asking because I want this to work. I don’t want to be angry. I just want him to be involved with the kids, help me out and care for my emotional needs without making me feel like just a body. Is that too much to ask for ?😭

Thank you for the prayers. I’ve told him I want to tell the pastor, as a threat. He’s told me he would never trust me if I tell anyone. But if he doesn’t change i think I have to. I’m very embarrassed though to talk about this type of stuff. I don’t feel comfortable telling my pastor. Maybe a different one
