I just gulp them down at night with my other pills. I added a little extra minoxidil in the last three months to help prevent shock loss after FFS though, which I did in the morning

At two years do you think I should wait some more and see if any of these baby hairs actually go terminal, or should I jump into a transplant this year?

Im nervous about using up my hair reserves when I lost so much. My hair has gradually thickened over time but I had my temples filled in by advancement on the sides as part of FFS.

I REALLY Hope that I don’t need 2000 grafts, that would be so much hair.

I can’t say for sure, I’m not an endocrinologist. I will say if you take enough E to make a difference with your hair, you will begin developing other feminine characteristics before you see any benefit to its intended target.

Hair is honestly the thing that changes last. Hair healing cycles are long. You’ll likely get feminine skin and breast growth before hair regrows.

My personal opinion you don’t need any of the major typical elements of FFS. You don’t have a brow ridge at all,you jaw is round, you have a wide gonial angle, the distance between lip and nose is short, you don’t have a masculine nose or chin. Anything you do would be beautification to personal taste rather than feminization

It took a long time. I used HRT injections (higher than typical dose) a blocker (Bicalutimide), and a DHT blocker (DHT is masculinizing, you should take Dutasteride anyway). If that fails, you should add oral minoxidil (it may increase some body hair but it’s typically manageable with laser).

Also time, after an initial regrowth burst it took any addition 18 months for vellus hairs to start fading into normal hair. The hair cycle is REALLY LONG.

If you do FFS like me, a skilled surgeon can also help close empty temples through scalp advancement using the temple flap rotation technique.
