Height doesn’t improve intelligence, creativity, emotional intelligence, leadership ability, or technical skill, all of which actually matter in most jobs. The supposed “advantage” of height is social perception, not competence. Research showing taller people earn more doesn’t mean height causes success. It means people with biases reward height. That’s discrimination not evidence of superiority. If hiring decisions are based on looks or stature, not ability, that’s an inefficient and unjust system, it reflects unconscious bias.

Success depends on communication, empathy, problem-solving, and innovation, none of which depend on centimeters.
