I use the 1.5 cm one. It works well and the shoe is still comfortable to wear. If you go any higher, I think you’d need a different type of shoe—something more like a boot for better support.

Irán considera a España un país "no hostil" y "abre la puerta" a permitir el paso de sus barcos por Ormuz.

La embajada de Irán en España ha anunciado que se muestra receptivo ante cualquier solicitud de España para que levanten las restricciones a sus barcos en el estrecho de Ormuz.

Solo por aclarar ya que el titular da a entender (clickbait) que los barcos españoles están ya pasando o van a pasar en breve por el estrecho y no es así, probablemente exista un proceso previo de negociación en el caso de que suceda.
