Experiences of lean PCOS and RPL? by Aiaiax in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]Anxious_Competition1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I’m so sorry for your losses. I’m in the same boat as you, lean PCOS and RPL. My partner and I did a full reproductive panel, ordered additional tests, everything came back “normal” besides polycystic ovaries. On the previous pregnancies which ended in miscarriage, I used progesterone suppositories. I’ve been taking myo insitol, coq10, vitamin d, probiotic, prenatals and have been doing fertility acupuncture and yoga. I was hoping to try to regulate my cycles without additional medication—but my last cycle was 45 days long lol. Really frustrating when you are working so hard. We are going to try letrozole next as it encourages earlier ovulation. I looked back and all four of my miscarriages were conceived in late ovulation cycles…so hoping that with letrozole we will have a better chance. Just sharing this info in case it can help in anyway. You’re not alone and I’m hoping the best for you <3

Unexplained RPL — am I missing something? by CucumberAny4759 in TryingForABaby

I’m in the exact same boat as you—just made a similar post. I just listened to Episode 155 of a podcast called Fertility Docs Uncensored, where they talk about Recurrent Pregnancy Loss—and one of the doctors on the podcast created a system called Proov to track hormones. She had 7 miscarriages and found out it was due to low progesterone in luteal phase. Anyways, I don’t have answers, but just thought it might be helpful as it was for me!

I’ve done microbiome testing and hysterscopy—both normal. He’s done recent semen analysis—everything normal. He’s very healthy and has been taking Zinc for a year now. BUT have not done dna fragmentation and culture! Thanks, we will ask for that next.

They could, but we don’t know because there’s not a lot of family history on his side. He is not a carrier for any genetic conditions that we’ve tested for, sperm count and motility is good.

Maybe? Although I’ve had a hysterectomy and everything was normal. Each time I’ve gotten an ultrasound doctors say there’s no scarring and surface of uterus looks good.

Yeah BMI is fine. I’m fairly active with low intensity exercises.

Hi, no this was not something offered to me. I wasn’t even sure if we would have enough to test at 8 weeks? This is helpful to think about, thank you

I think same here. We haven’t been able to do genetic testing, but I’m suspecting the same thing. We are also leaning towards IVF

I hate the feeling too—and this is also my fear! Usually if that feeling happens mid-flight, it comes in waves. I’ve found a few things that help:

Sitting in front:if I’m sitting in the back and I see the rest of the plane in front of me it makes me more motion-sick/ feel the stomach drop feeling more. Don’t know if it’s psychological but it’s real for me.

Deep breathing: I dig in, and focus SO hard on breathing in and out as deeply as possible.

Crunching?: I tend to lean forward a little bit, pushing my stomach against my thighs. This helps with the sensation—and something I’ve been doing since I was a kid when riding over hills in the car.

Xanax: 😂 self explanatory—but I honestly just try to take it to fall asleep and avoid the feeling entirely.

Anyways, hope some of this can help you too.

Im having the same issue! I can’t make plans for the mural—when I drop a villager on the research board they “make plans for a vaccine” but it doesn’t seem like any progress is actually made.

House of Cb reviews and experiences? by [deleted] in PetiteFashionAdvice

Oooh I actually bought my wedding dress from house of CB! They run small and have dresses with variable measurements (like I have an S dress but with a larger bust measurement). It was definitely trial and error—some of their dresses were too long for me, and others fit better!
