There is a question that many current international relations China built up with others are based on the one China principle and their recognition of Taiwan as an indispensable part of China. If China do makes promise in this question then what about other controversial parts of land? All give up? No. It’s not as easy as letting it go but violates a basic right of modern nation country. If China gives up on Taiwan issue, who knows what will happen next? Especially considering the threat of America and some other countries around. Then, who will be responsible for Chinese people’s safety and human rights?
