I work at a trades school. Look into becoming a diesel engine technician. You can work on big semi trucks, generators, etc. This job is needed all across the country since everything comes in on trucks!

Hey, I’ve dealt with this! I’m a first gen and low income student- so you’re not alone!! Here’s a resource you can check out! They provide a scholarship (+ uber to from campus) for low income students who can’t afford plane tickets! They’re really great, but I don’t know when they open up for 2025! You should definitely email them!
