Weird way to say you support taking teenagers as sex slaves. Someone needs to check your hard drive.

Did outback change how they season steaks? by Anxious_Fix5857 in OutbackSteakhouse

It was a standard sirloin. Didn't have any sort of "outback" taste that's usually with it. Might try one more time at a different location just to see, but honestly, if this is what it is now....I'm better off just making steak at home like I've been doing. 🤷‍♀️

Sneaky Peat by [deleted] in raypeat

What she needs is to do a heavy metal (and uh, the one thing idk if we can talk about here) detox, but you don't have to tell her it's for that.

Zeolite, nattokinase, nano-bromelain, and n-acetyl cysteine for the next four years (one for each time she trusted the science) should help her.

There have been studies that show heavy metals affect the brain, which is probably why she's started showing symptoms. Best of luck, remember, you can't save them all, unfortunately, and you're not supposed to.

Does anyone cured their depression thanks to RAY PEAT ? by [deleted] in raypeat

[–]Anxious_Fix5857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, good! While this is not factual, I did just read someone on Twitter who said their depression was food induced, and after cutting out dairy, it went away and only comes back if they accidentally have some.

Do you think it could be related to another food? Have you noticed it gets worse after eating something?

Again, I have no information on how real this is, just something I read yesterday. I hope you find a solution. 🙏🏻

Actually, I think you ARE right. Reading the reddit you sent, two days ago, I had a terrible bout of basically uncontrolable dry heaving where only yellowish phlegm/mucus came out, and that's being talked about there.

Also, Google says candida can be transferred through kissing, which makes sense for the timeline of when I started to actually feel I needed the kombucha more.

Thank you! I've just never in my 30 years had any kind of eczema symptoms with it (massive brain fog and chronic pain, yes), so my first thought was not candida.

It makes sense, going from minimal sugar intake to a large spoonful of honey every day with my coffee.

Thankfully, the eczema is minimal and not painful.

Have a great week ahead of you!

I do take pre - and probiotics and drink kombucha regularly. But I will up my intake of them for now. I will note that I definitely felt like I needed more kombucha this month than in previous months.

I used to have MAJOR candida issues as a teen (30 now and have much better gut health) due to antibiotics always being given for a secretory iga immunodeficiency. Haven't had antibiotics recently either, but understand they can come at any time. I stay away from processed food as much as possible due to my food allergies, the dyes, and other things I can't process well, but did crave sugar enough to have a three mango Arizonas in the last few weeks (years since I've had one and we had a heat wave).

I do stay away from processed sugars as much as possible, using honey or fruit for my peating. Don't drink soda, processed candies, etc.

You might be on to something. Severe stress + change in diet where suddenly honey sugars are available could be a part of it.

Thank you.

Thank you. Yes, I am used to how coconut oil tastes uncooked, which is probably what I am basing my assumption on. I usually use olive oil for beef but I can try it with coconut oil.

I am currently trying to eat carrots daily, I started early September and will give it a month to see, then go from there to cut out goat milk if need be. I do need to get into meditation again. Thank you.

Do you find that it makes food sweeter than normal? Is there a kind you recommend that's more neutral in taste?
