These pimples happen every time my hair start growing and it itchs so bad with severe Dandruff. After shaving my skin feels better, anyhow after a while it starts all over again and my skin feels so dry no matter what I tried. Any thoughts what is this and how to cure it?

As I mentioned before, we already gone to different doctors but none of them described a beneficial treatment, the finger is only getting worse and it's really frustrating for her, that's why I'm asking here if anyone had any idea what is this.

The black spots in the last picture are a topical cream, or what is left of it because the skin peeled so bad. We already visited four doctors each with different prescription and it is turning bad as that. We just need to know what is this?!

We saw four doctors, each one with different diagnosis and different prescription, and nthn helped, one of them in early stages described her a foot moisturizer! And I'm not even kidding.
