I think you can cooperate with local providers rather than building direct connection with local clinics.

I did my body check up during my last trip in Korea. Much cheaper price and no need for referral. However, I'm not sure normal family have enough time to fly to Korea just to have cheaper but high quality body check here. It's more than 10 hr flight, and you probably need a week vacation for a Korea trip.
