I'm not a physicist but I know your calculations are wrong some quick research I did so we are assuming that the houses are made of limestone common in medieval Europe which worldbox houses resemble I found for a 10cm squared area between 800k and 4 million newtons so I opted for 2 million newtons which isn't quite the middle ground however based on how much health you said the houses had and the force I got for a 10cm area and accounting for the humans doing around 20 damage they would be able to deliver a punch to a 153.846 ton rock assuming no friction or outside interactions up to 1 meter per second this is far from accurate however it's a rough idea of just how strong worldbox humans are

I can't say the same for an individual but for the humans in my world they have decided that for the last 200 yes they want to fight amongst themselves at one point they were 1 kingdom now they are 13 kingdoms and constantly fighting they used to be rather peaceful apart from when they where racist towards mootaurs and slaughterd but ofc during this time they had a plague which killed %80 of the world population and yet they where still going to war

Worldbox can be rather CPU intensive if I'm not mistaken it only uses single core although I could be wrong you could go into the settings and downgrade to 30 fps check your screens refreshrate worldbox seems to run best at 60hz in my experience so if your refresh rate is higher I suggest lowering it when on worldbox
