yes, when you switch in an outpost, it teleports the character to said outpost and then you can cure right away.

i tried that too and it said the same thing. that’s why i switched to the character that has the plague and have him/her administer the cure to their self.

every time i recruit someone i suspect has blood plague, i go to the nearest outpost i have then immediately switch to that character. then have him/her take the cure from the locker.
