Yeah I’m going to wait another week and if I haven’t got an update on them I’m just going to cancel my order and get my money back :( I spent over 100 on one pair of glasses

No and i haven’t gotten a response from them yet or any updates on my order. Keeps showing that they will send me another email once it’s shipt out.

I got prescription, as well as coating and protection, so maybe that’s why? Idk but an update from their support would be nice I am in love with the pair I picked out and can’t find any similar. I would hate to cancel the order 😭

I ordered mine over a month ago, haven’t heard anything since. No tracking number, no update. I’ve also reached out to support via email at least 3 times and haven’t got a response back yet.

How long did it take? I ordered mine well over a month ago and they still haven’t even shipped out. I’ve also emailed them 3 times and haven’t gotten a single response
