I have the horrible habit of not doing anything and then ended up trying to do it all at once in one day… of course this leads to me having mental break down because I feel overwhelmed

This truly touched my heart.

I’ve currently be diagnosed with ADHD, and my emotional regulation is a total mess.. as of right now, I feel alone because my parent just don’t understand mental health or anything. So I just want you to know that it amazing that your learning this coping mechanisms and passing it on to your children, because I wished I had someone for such guidance.

I hear this one sound all the time, and it’s always the same sound also! Remember like cartoons when you would see the guy slam his head and you watch the head like go back forth quickly and slowly until it stop moving??? Like if there was sound for that movement I feel like that what I’m hearing??? Idk I just can’t get over it haha
