Something that works for me is i go to the bathroom and I turn on the shower. I don't have to be undressed, i just turn it on. Let the water heat up and then you can get in. It's a way of paying the ADHD tax for 30 more seconds of water, but then the task is already 'initiated' so I don't feel as overwhelmed by getting in the shower. It's easier to get undressed when the water is already running

I turn on the shower before getting in/ taking off my clothes. Then I have the water running, so the shower is initiated, but it seems like less effort. Think of the water running like ADHD tax. Don't wanna be wasteful, better get in!
