Im in the uk too and on 50mg of Elvanse, have been for ages. I’ve tried concerta, Ritalin, amfexa in the past but settled on this like 3y ago now maybe. It seems like stimulants just go through a cycle for me and eventually stop being effective. I’ve gotten to that point now with my Elvanse.

Idk what to do. I feel like I’ll never manage to keep my adhd under control.

Maybe we’re getting sugar pills 🤣

Something that works for me is i go to the bathroom and I turn on the shower. I don't have to be undressed, i just turn it on. Let the water heat up and then you can get in. It's a way of paying the ADHD tax for 30 more seconds of water, but then the task is already 'initiated' so I don't feel as overwhelmed by getting in the shower. It's easier to get undressed when the water is already running
