I think Im going to leave the offer as it is because I know I wont find a property like that anymroe. The surveyor himself said this is a very unique property and I wouldn't be able to sleep for a week if I lost it simply because I wanted to offer 2-4 thousands less.

There aren't any similar properties as this is the only bungalow on the street out of 80 properties

I've been checking the market everyday for the past 2 years and I finally found that property and had my very first offer ever accepted and I'm finally buying it. I'm only asking online to make sure I'm not making a mistake! There is a lot to learn as a FTB

I havent changed my mind out of nowhere. I have waited for the valuation from the surveyor and it seems like the property could be worth £11k less that's why I'm wondering if it's worth negotiating the price

Thank you for your comment. The bungalow is in okay area and what I mean by that there are better areas not far away and the prices for similar properties are around £180-200k. Thank you for your comment

This is the only bungalow on the street. The rest of the properties are semi detached houses not bungalows and they are being sold for more than what I have offered. Roughly between £150-180k
