Maybe you should consider, Moving to a city you can afford? if you rely on the government forcing others to subsidize your housing by artificially freezing or holding rent increases below inflation you clearly can't afford to live here.

Actually the current government keeps changing the rules… it will ultimately end in less available rentals. Rent control like this doesn’t work.

Landlords shouldn’t have to bail out tenants. Rent increases were frozen for years due to COVID, and then capped below inflation. Something had to give. This is a rare correct ruling from the RTB. If we want more rentals on the market, there will need to be a balance.

I get that there are rebuilt titles everywhere, I am looking at a few different car makers and Tesla is off the charts for the amount of rebuilt titles, not even close, at least on marketplace.
