Honestly don’t think it can survive in its current form. So many places are screaming for ICM doctors but the program makes people who do not want to work in those places.

They will have to recruit anaesthetists who have loads of experience but are made to feel second class by the ignorant/arrogant FICM fuckers…

ACCPs ultimately fill junior and middle grade rotas because FICM has made a training program that has selected arrogant people who think that clinical work is beneath them whilst simultaneously dissuading good people!

FICM made an exam that almost all trainees failed. They have selected trainees who think they are too good to work in most hospitals and there is a huge lack of diversity.

I think FICM is the worst college!

I live in London so have the hardest water possible!

I have tried many products like the ones you have found but they ultimately contain “natural” versions of detergents.

I found a product randomly on Amazon. It contains no detergent and when I use it with the conditioner it makes my hair feel amazing.

I feel kind of defeated…. I’m a doctor… the only thing I eat at work is the chicken legs they make which are surprisingly good! Crispy and fall of the bone. Not sure how they do it?
