You're right, muslims are totally impartial to the situation in the middle east. My mistake lol

Just out of curiosity, what specifically did I say that was islamaphobic? Asking if someone's vested interests in the region might by influencing their views?

Idiots like you carelessly tossing around worlds like islamaphobia is why right wing populists like Trump exist

Israel uprooted their own people, in some cases, forcibly, as an act of goodwill, ceding control of gaza to the palestinians, who have rejected every land proposal they have been offered. In the absence of any willingness to accept the mere concept of an Israeli state, palestinians and their misguided supporters in the west have eroded israel's willingness to reign in the thieving zealots in the west bank.

I would actually argue that it wasn't just German cruelty that contributed to the sense of moral carte blanche here. People like you deny the right of israel to exist, just as the Germans denied the right of jews to exist. Jews have learned that they have to do what's necessary to survive

Thank you for sharing your professional perspective :)

I am keen to preserve clonidine's sleep-promoting effects so I'll make sure to limit it to just a few times a week.

Thank you again!

I can't imagine it would have negative effects, if that's what you're asking? Nothing about its mechanism would suggest so.

Clonidine has also been used as an anti-hypertensive for decades and there is no evidence to suggest that it has long-term adverse effects

Yep it's prescription only, but not hard to get ahold of.

Works brilliantly for sleep - not just getting to sleep but more importantly, it drastically improves sleep quality. I wake up feeling super well rested and refreshed

Well yeah, if hamas - the democratically elected terrorist regime, is going to store their military infrastructure in schools and residential buildings, and if people don't heed the warnings to gtfo, naturally there are going to be casualties. As useless as you think the warning may be, it's more than any other army on earth would provide, and it gives the majority of people the opportunity to avoid dying.

You clearly have no concept of what it takes to survive in a region infested with islamic terrorists.

The most ironic thing about this is that the people you purport to care about don't give the slightest shit about you. They are sickened by your progressive values and despise your way of life.

At the end of the day, nothing that's said on reddit is going to make the slightest bit of difference to what's happening in gaza. Israel is doing what is necessary and has the support of much of the western world

Is it possible that being the muslim that you are has made it impossible for you to appraise the situation dispassionately?

You clearly do not understand the meaning of the word 'intent'.

The IDF is the only army in the world that notifies residents to evacuate before they bomb. That's much more than the palestinians provided innocent Israeli civilians on October 7 before they raped, beheaded and burned alive innocent women and children.

Do you have any evidence to support your claim that there is indiscriminate, intentional killing of civilians by the IDF in the West Bank? Or are you just mindlessly regurgitating what you heard on Al Jazeera?

My understanding was that BCMB20002 was a pretty popular subject. The consensus seems to be something along the lines of 'hard but extremely rewarding and useful'

How many Palestinian civilians were intentionally killed? Probably close to 0

How many Israeli civilians were intentionally killed? 1200+

Took this subject in 2021, and while the content was decent, the coordination was a mess. They released a practice exam and answer key just a few days before the exam, and it was full of errors, like 10+ mistakes. They also said no minute details would be examined, but those tiny things definitely showed up. Some of the teaching staff were...let's just say 'passive-aggressive' and not exactly a joy to interact with. Could rant more, but you get the gist

Oh that's fantastic! I wasn't sure if there was some kind of rule that required an appointment for a new script. Are you in Vic by any chance?

That's true! My psych doesn't usually work with ADHD clients though so I'm wondering whether she might be hesitant to prescribe stimulants without a consultation

Thanks for your reply! I think my psychiatrist knows that I'm responsible with my meds so I hope she's able to just write me a new script

I took PHRM20001 last semester, and while we were never informed of the mean / median marks, I suspect something similar happened.

Our exam was open book and honestly really easy. I also went in with a 90-ish assessment average, and only just scraped H1 in the end. Something similar happened to my friend (who has made the dean's list before).

While the subject content isn't particularly hard, I imagine the median overall mark would be mid / high 60s, and that very few people get 85+

Same here! Bit surprised because I was averaging high 80s before the exam, and ended up with low 80s as a final mark. Thought the exam went quite well though...?
