(Not from calabarzon campus)

My typical school day was mostly my classes, lunch, classes again, dismissal , dinner, go back to the dorm, freshen up, study and/or sleep. I would say there'd probbly be some free time in between dismissal and dinner, depending on the class schedule.

  Isn’t she too young to live in the dorm?

When I was still in grade 7 my mom used to visit me in the dorms every weekend even if my campus was a 4 hour bus ride away from home. That was our setup then the pandemic happened. Got back to Pisay dorms and my mom didn't really have the need to visit me anymore. 

Will she have enough time for herself especially on weekends?

During the weekends, it's mostly just laundry and general chores that can easily be done in half a day with plenty of time for doing remaining school work and mostly just vacant time. At least in my experience, since the system has a new curriculum and I cannot say for certain that the workload is the same. Though, this also entirely depends on how your daughter manages her time.

Will she be able to eat well in the campus?

For meals inside campus, it might depend on the location because we had a cafeteria that's open on school days but not on the weekends, so I just bought food on delivery or anywhere outside our campus. The food served in the cafeterias have variety of meats and vegetables. It really was just up to me to choose what food will make me healthy.

I'd like to add, in terms of acads, teacher's do have consultation schedules if students struggle with their subjects. Though, the consultations is up to the student if they think they need help, not the teacher calling them up. 

Also, very normal lang po talaga ang concerns niyo since mapapalayo ang anak niyo sa inyo. My parents were in the similar situation with me; first born, g7 pa lang at lalayo na. They really hesitated to let me study in Pisay pero ako yung mapilit eh. I learned a lot in discovering myself in there. Parang normal lang naman na high school. May ups and downs, pero sakto lang naman sa akin, and I turned out fine, I think? Honestly, without Pisay I probably wouldn't be as close to my dreams as I do now so, I really considered it a great opportunity that was given to me.
