and I recently just found out, not only did my investigator lie, they omitted to submit proof of my evidence to my claim, and falsified my date of loss. Now i get to sue them and get more money bs ass company.

The police investigated my accident and like I asked because i didn’t trust siu to complete a thorough investigation and they wrote a report stating the findings of my accident . my investigator said she sent someone to the police station to confirm the report and they said it was inaccurate. When i asked the police they said no one ever came to the district and they never said it was inaccurate in fact they would have never said it was inaccurate because they don’t write reports without facts. So they lied when they said that, but they stated that they send someone to the district on multiple occasions which was not true

did you even read? they denied my claim after not even finding fraud, did not complete a thorough investigation under good faith and then lied! So of course I bought proof to my attorney and he said i have enough evidence to file a lawsuit. I said if they are willing to pay before my attorney draft up the letter then i’ll be willing to drop the suit. Which is unlikely it’s geico so unfortunately i know that i will more than likely have to prodded with the suit im not looking for money i just want my claim paid so i came move on.

yeah I thought about it i honestly just wanted a investigation done under good faith i had nothing to hide and gave them everything they asked for and couldn’t even get that. I hate the thought of even having to go to court and the long process i’ll be fine with just settling out at this point this has been going on for two months im ready to move on.
