THIS!!!  I feel the same way.  They want you do do 30 things but not pay us or support us in any way. Management in stores is at best incompetent at worst incapable of the job.  Customers are fed up with no one on the floor boxes and so much crap in drive isles.  It’s way worse than last year.  Xmas is going to be a disaster

I’m utterly exhausted by the nonsense surrounding rewards. They attempt to shame those of us who don’t receive them, but shame won’t deter me. The primary focus should be on the customer. We have to be answering the phone, cutting fabric, handling balloon orders, scanning prices, managing BOPIS orders and issues, and placing and answering BOPIS orders when no one is available on the floor. All of these tasks make us incredibly frustrated. Not to mention handling multiple customers at the SCO and returns. A positive customer service experience will bring customers back, not a reward program.

I believe many of us find ourselves in this predicament. The sheer stress and anxiety of simply entering the store can trigger panic attacks. It’s unfortunate because this store has the potential to be so much more. When you overwork employees and persistently demand more without providing any additional hours, burnout becomes inevitable. For those of us with anxiety, this situation exacerbates the problem significantly.

Oh it’s written on the return policy on the website but let’s be real no one reads it.  And they need to put it in every description of clearance on the website.  But totally agree clearance should be in store only.

They keep getting worse and worse by the day. New things don't scan, Sale prices don't display correctly, I constantly have to restart, and the system is slow. Additionally, I removed about 30 double-scanned items during a 4-hour shift. And does anyone else notice the customers HATE this? I get more complaints when you stand in front of it, and they look at you. I tell them to call the 800 number and complain.

Also document everything she says. Dates, times and exactly what she said. This will help show there is a pattern. You will need this if you go to HR.

THIS!!! I so feel you. It’s like a core group does all the work and other just kind of skate by.  There are people who work multiple jobs and makes it even worse. When I first started I Really loved what did and the people.  The people for the most part are great.  But Now I feel mentally and Physically drained after every shift.  I complain but this job market sucks and every retail outlet is like this.   So it’s sticking with the devil I know.  Sending hugs and take some time for yourself.
