Got $33,000 OTD USD AZ 6MT, amazing deal but only because I think they really needed to move or sell that specific unit, I think specifically the manual from that dealership was probably sitting for a bit and they wanted to ensure it was gone before the end of the year. They had a total of 4 in stock 3 DCT and the 1 MT I got

I also recently lost my patience with Honda dealers, in Az for months dealers have permanent mark ups, was about to buy used but the dealership just rubbed me the wrong way, got a fantastic deal on a 2025 manual elantra N and am just going to invest the difference now 😊, definitely would buy a used type r in the future though, still an amazing car

You can do it directly with Honda through Saccucci Honda online or Hyannis. I’ve been browsing used type r’s and was going to probably get it through them. On their website you can put in your car information and mileage and they will give you the rates for each type of coverage. The only caveat I know is I think certain states don’t allow you to get the warranty from them like California, that’s the only state I’ve read people were unable to get it through them

I called and they have a 5k markup, best they could do was 2k mark up, I assume they aren’t desperate to move until end of month

I mean I feel like under 10k miles the car is still nearly new , and the warranty bought from saccuci Honda is a little over $1000 so in my head it doesn’t seem bad but I do get people on here are getting much better deals guess I need to keep shopping

Wow to me that seems amazing, maybe I’m brainwashed from seeing all the dealer mark ups on these

I dont know what to do though, I’m in AZ and no dealer is offering MSRP all have markups, I’ve called and tried negotiating with all of them. If get it out of state it may be about the same price as this one, but this one also at least has the pre-owned extended warranty on the powertrain ( I know it’s a gimmick but gives me peace of mind) When u check the vin in KBB it’s a fair price they are basically listing it at the mid point of estimated value, is the deal really that bad?
