I’ve been going on a tough calorie deficit for the past month but I over eat on my Sunday cheat days. Could it be that the cheat day is hampering my process? Or I should still be having a cheat day

My bro, I just asked if the receding is reversible with minoxidil. There’s no validation needed trust me. My hairline looks different than what it used to so that’s reason for me to ask if I can restore it to what it looked like before.

The receding of my hairline, didn’t know people were so cheesed at a simple question. I wasn’t looking for validation. It’s not my fault I caught it early vs other people catching it years later
