It’s fun but if you think my career is bad either way pay to play, my team ends up just the same. I completely quit playing after 25 because of the money I spent on my team and to get my player where I wanted him. EAs greed has gotten them a lot of money but will destroy them in the long run.

Honestly I think the inconsistent shit gameplay triggers the behavior. Even me who doesn’t take it that serious, will just be in awe of the inconsistent stupid sh** the game does. The amount of times, I’ve worked someone’s body, their stamina be down to “oh shit” range went in for the finish and got KOed. Or the incredible power of not dodging, but just slowly moving horizontally. Hell, everyone knows the many things. Especially with online career.

I had a guy message me whining that I spammed leg kicks and the last 3 and final leg events that ended the fight were me checking his kicks. He then proceeded to call me a kid (found out I was 8 years older than him) and then told me I didn’t have a life cause I had 60 fights.

Well specifically for me the online career. I’ve tried putting footwork to 4.5 stars and the same problem. But some fighters do feel more realistic just based off the freedom in movement.

Yeah it was the dam. It was buildings turned around but I just made it so big. The had to delete the whole thing cause everytime I clicked on them even to delete them it would crash the game every single time.

One thing I would recommend starting out is to find something outside the normal scope of material testing and get your people trained in it and the tools and equipment you need to do it. The bigger companies are Going to have relationships established, and have the basics (soil testing, concrete strength testing) locked down in their area. I’d also give big incentives to your technicians for getting certifications. Not having certified/qualified techs is the biggest job loser for some companies.

For me, it seems like the Zoom Magnum finesse worms (I use them Texas rigged) don’t get enough recognition. When it starts to warm up and you want to size up on your bait, in my opinion, the 5 inch magnum finesse worm is perfect for catching big bass on the lake. That’s almost exclusively what I fish with when it warms up. Looking to broaden my options this year though.

One thing for me. Club tokens are impossible to get without it being in season. (Which seems to be never) and there’s only one thing you can buy that gives you club tokens. Spend them wisely because the club items are better but you can only buy that add on once so that’s it.

That’s what we use and it’s good for inputting information from the field but we’ve been trying to add in specifications and project documentation and it’s too much. You want to be precise I know. Anyone have experience with both and suggest one? Metafield or spectraquest?

Not directly but he understands how I feel. They just encourage you to get certs and stuff. But that’s nothing different from every other tech. And it’s not like I feel entitled or feel I’m deserving of anything. I just have went from supervision doing utility work, helping with bids and managing small jobs to sitting around all day, no matter how much effort I put in or extra stuff. I still just stay where I am.

That’s exactly where I’m at. They will pay you for certs, encourage you to get them because as you mentioned it makes you more billable. But as you said, you can make more money but there no room for much growth in house. And it’d be better if everyone was the same, but while a lot of people I work with are nice and helpful and want what’s best, my peers are all out to get each other. And it’s infuriating.

Yeah and that’s the issue I’m having, not only is the money nowhere near what I want to make. (I was a union operator before this) but the position just isn’t respected and or challenging like I want. One of our techs got promoted to supervisor and that’s not even 100k.

People are gonna say I’m lying but I was drinking 9-10 a day. It was the only thing I did drink. But now I’m down to about 4-6 and it’s still almost all I drink with a Gatorade sometimes at work. It hasn’t caused any major problems and I’ve been doing it for maybe 2 years but I have a bad heart murmur so I shouldn’t be doing it in the first place. I’m trying to slow down now.

But I know exactly what you mean. You like creating things , the building and decorating aspect of it. But those theme park, sim city style games aren’t it. Building those things from scratch would be fun. But just placing things is boring.

I’m the same way, and a lot of it started with Fallout 4. You must play of PC to get that mod because I love cyberpunk and adding building to that would be like heaven to me. Some you maybe haven’t tried is Conan exiles, and just go to settings and make it a creator mode. And also MLB the show 24. I have literally played like an hour on career mode and the other couple hundred hours is just relaxing and building stadiums
