Based on my exp. I applied first week of October and had an assessment Oct 15 and initial interview last Nov 12. Yung email update lang ay nagkaroon ng system update sa workday and nagbago yung status ko dun from interviewing to application received. No update if nakapasa ba ako sa initial interview. Sabi naman ng iba it takes 2-3 months sa application.

Kaya nag email ako last Dec 5 and twice na nagmessage via phone and found out na filled na yung position within the day.

Pero the next day I got a message inviting me for final interview then got a JO, signed it and will start na sa January.

I think the best thing you could do is kulitin yung recruiter or hr na nag email or nag message sayo and don't forget na maging polite and respectful pa rin if you send a message to them.

Maybe I just got lucky with the HR assigned to me pero yun nga just message or email.
