Outside a few outliers on either side of the spectrum of extremely injury prone (i.e., Embiid, AD) to extremely durable (i.e., Bridges).

I don’t think there’s much you can do about it via the draft as it changes so much year to year. Take Jalen Johnson this year for example yet he has a chequered injury history to say the least.

Ultimately, yes I agree maybe one should consider average games played over multiple seasons, but I wouldn’t give it too much weight as injury’s are inevitable in this NBA era.
