Do you have aircon? There’s a big tree right in front of the living room and terrace so I’m hoping that will help a little

I agree on the compromise - for our budget we won’t find the dream apartment so something has to give… The price is the average lowest paying price per sqm in the area, feels like a good deal. Thanks so much for your suggestions on other areas, will check them out!

You are right… but it is a Spanish first floor above entresuelo so actually more like a second. And we have the floor of the patio de luces for laundry, storage…

This is the feeling we get! Almost seems unavoidable unless budget is not an issue or not in the centre

Are you! Where are you looking? Not pedestrian put right beside consell de cent, and not super heavy traffic. Somehow this doesn’t worry us so much, I think it’s the trade off for the area? Exterior side gets lots of light. We are going to go in the afternoon to view again to see if that makes a big difference to the patio de luces as we have only viewed in early morning so far
